A 7-year-old boy suffered severe head injuries in an Orange County car accident when the Honda Accord in which he was a passenger was struck by another vehicle at a street intersection. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the major injury car accident occurred at the intersection of Hazard Avenue and Purdy Street in Westminster the morning of March 4, 2011. Police say the Honda Accord was turning left when a Toyota Sequoia broadsided it.
