Victor John Partnoff, 20, was killed in a San Bernardino car accident the night of September 1, 2009 after he crashed his car into the back of a parked big rig on the 10 Freeway in Redlands, California. According to a news report in The Press Enterprise, Partnoff was driving a 2008 Ford Fusion near Wabash Avenue when the collision occurred.
