Shari Martinez, 27, was killed in an August 25, 2009 Riverside car accident after she was struck on the 60 Freeway by a pickup truck, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Department. California Highway Patrol officials say Martinez was hit by the truck after getting out of her car, which had broken down on the freeway in Moreno Valley, California.
